You’ll be the crucial link between our clients, brilliant engineers, and internal teams. Your mission will be to shape exciting possibilities into clear, actionable plans, ensuring every project is executed with speed, crystal-clear communication, and precision.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Shape Solutions: Lead early conversations with clients to truly understand their vision and goals, translating them into well-defined, structured scopes of work.
• Drive Delivery: Take ownership of project planning and execution across multiple client engagements, expertly managing timelines, setting clear priorities, and allocating resources effectively.
• Partner with Engineering: Collaborate closely with our engineers to refine technical specifications, anticipate potential challenges, and define requirements before development kicks off.
• Be the Client Champion: Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, keeping them informed, managing expectations, resolving questions promptly, and maintaining strong project momentum.
• Ensure Quality: Guide the QA and testing process to ensure every deliverable meets and exceeds our internal standards and client expectations.
• Build for Scale: Transform project visions into organised structures by creating clear checklists, comprehensive documentation, and streamlined workflows in project tools like ClickUp and Notion.
• Champion Improvement: Continuously analyse and refine our internal delivery processes and project management practices to help us work smarter and more efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven Project Leadership: You have demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or software development setting.
• Technical Understanding: While coding isn’t required, you have a strong grasp of how AI and software projects are built, scoped, and successfully delivered.
• Multi-Project Mastery: You’re skilled at managing several projects simultaneously, expertly juggling moving parts and client-facing responsibilities.
• Translating Complexity: You have a knack for working with engineers and transforming complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans everyone understands.
• Confident Communication: You’re comfortable and confident communicating directly with clients, especially when explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a simple, understandable way.
• Familiarity with AI (Bonus!): Any experience or familiarity with AI tools and current trends is a strong plus.

Skills That Will Set You Apart:

• Hands-on experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Linear.
• A background in AI, SaaS, or custom software development teams.
• Comfort using collaborative tools such as Figma, Miro, or Loom.
• Strong documentation habits, with the ability to produce clear briefs, scopes, and handoffs in platforms like Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs.
