• Analyse and Diagnose: Conduct deep-dive operational analyses to uncover critical inefficiencies, identify data opportunities, and pinpoint the most impactful areas where AI can drive significant change.
• Identify and Prioritise Opportunities: Collaborate closely with our expert team to identify, rigorously score, and strategically prioritise AI use cases based on their potential ROI, technical feasibility, and alignment with core business objectives.
• Develop Actionable Strategies: Play a key role in shaping clear, practical AI Transformation Roadmaps encompassing everything from technical initiatives to essential governance, policy, risk management, and ethical considerations.
• Drive Adoption & Change: Support the creation and implementation of training programs, enablement resources, and culture-building initiatives that empower organizations to adopt and leverage AI successfully.
• Measure Success: Assist in developing robust dashboards and reporting frameworks to effectively track AI performance, measure adoption rates, monitor ROI, and manage potential risks over time.
• Engage and Advise Clients: Prepare and deliver compelling, executive-ready materials that communicate insightful analyses and strategic recommendations, driving alignment and securing buy-in from senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to Our Team:

• You have 1–3 years of full-time consulting experience in management, strategy, or operations, ideally gained at a top-tier firm (like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, EY, etc.) or a boutique firm with a strong strategic focus.
• You have experience with operational analysis, process improvement, or business transformation projects.
• You demonstrate a strong interest in or have had exposure to AI, automation, data science, or digital transformation (direct AI consulting experience is a fantastic bonus, but not a requirement – we’re excited to help you grow here!).
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and distil them into clear, actionable insights.
• You are an effective and clear communicator, able to confidently translate technical concepts into relatable business impact for diverse audiences.
• You are a proactive self-starter, an eager learner, and an enthusiastic team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving consulting environments.
• You are comfortable and effective working remotely as part of a globally distributed team serving clients across different time zones (primarily US/EU).
• You have experience creating clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations and “storytelling decks” using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or similar.

Extra Points If You Have:

• Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, working with LLMs, using data analytics platforms).
• Knowledge of design thinking principles and change management methodologies.
• An understanding of AI governance, compliance, ethical considerations, and data privacy issues.
• Familiarity with building dashboards, reporting on performance metrics, or developing detailed business cases for technology adoption.
