4. Payments
Payment terms are as stated in our service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All content, materials, and tools on this site are owned by Akingate or licensed to us.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, SAP, Power BI) remain the property of their respective owners.

10. AI / Voice AI & Third-Party Tools (Important)
a) Integrations: Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, SAP, and Power BI. We do not control or operate these platforms and are not responsible for any downtime, API changes, errors, data loss, or service interruptions they may cause.
b) Licensing & access: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid licences, permissions, and access for any third-party platforms used in an integration.
c) Data accuracy & governance: Any insights or automations rely on the accuracy and completeness of your data. You remain responsible for data governance, permissions, retention, and compliance.
d) Security: We take reasonable steps to safeguard data in our control; however, transmission over the internet and use of third-party APIs involves risk. You should not route highly sensitive or regulated data through demo or non-production agents.
11. Demo Agents & Recordings (Important)
a) Demonstration-only: Any embedded or shared Voice AI demo agents are for illustration and evaluation. They do not constitute production systems and should not be used for operational decision-making.
b) What you submit: Do not input confidential, personal, or sensitive information into demo agents.
c) Processing of voice/text: Demo interactions may be processed in real time to generate responses. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, demo interactions are not retained beyond what is necessary to provide the demonstration experience or to ensure security and service quality.
d) Your responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and validating any demo output before acting on it.
